Commute traffic on CA-99 between Turlock and Modesto can stretch the drive at busy times of day, so check a map app for your usual departure time. Nearby towns
Patients from Ceres, Hughson, Denair, Delhi and Livingston can use the same general directions. Ceres is between Turlock and Modesto, so the trip from there is shorter. Delhi and Livingston are farther south along CA-99, so add that extra distance to the Turlock figures above.

A Daily Course From Turlock Is Usually Routine
For the conditions HBOT is cleared for, a physician commonly recommends 20 to 40 sessions, typically one a day, five days a week. Each session takes about 90 to 120 minutes including pressurization and depressurization. - Plan for how you'll feel. Many people feel fine to drive after a session, but some feel tired. If that is you, a family member or friend can take the wheel.

- Rigid, hard-shell monoplace chambers. You have the chamber to yourself, and it is pressurized to the level your physician prescribes.
- A physician assessment before anything else. Your medical history, medications and safety screening are reviewed first, and you get a straight answer about whether HBOT fits.
- Physician direction throughout. Care at Generations Wellness is directed by Dr. Rajwinder Singh Bahia, MD, from your first assessment to your final session.
Before You Come
Planning Your Visit From Turlock
- Call first. All sessions are by appointment, and your first step is scheduling a physician assessment.
- Parking. Use street parking or a nearby lot, then look for Suite C-1 at 1801 H Street.
- Help getting in. If you have mobility needs, such as a wheelchair, walker or a caregiver coming with you, mention it when you call so we can plan ahead.

Is there hyperbaric oxygen therapy in Turlock?
Generations Wellness does not have a Turlock location. Our physician-directed center is in downtown Modesto, about 19 minutes north of Turlock off-peak via CA-99.
Can my doctor at Emanuel Medical Center or the Emanuel Cancer Center refer me?
Any of your doctors can contact us about you, or you can call us yourself. With your permission, we keep your Turlock doctors updated on your assessment and progress.
Will my Turlock employer's insurance or Medi-Cal pay for HBOT with you?
We currently offer HBOT on a self-pay basis and do not bill insurance, Medicare or Medi-Cal. Ask us and we will explain your options honestly.
What about Ceres, Hughson, Delhi or Livingston?
You are welcome here too, and the same directions apply. Ceres is closer to Modesto than Turlock is; Delhi and Livingston are a little farther south.
Can I drive myself home after a session?
Many people do, but some feel tired afterward. Ask your physician at your assessment, and bring a driver for your first session if you are unsure.
