Our Mission
Holistic Health, For Every Stage of Life
Our name is our mission. Look closely at our emblem and you'll see it: the faces of generations — grandparents, parents, children — forming a single rose. Healing rarely involves just one person; it involves a family. We built Generations Wellness for the whole arc of life's healing journeys, from stubborn wounds that won't close to the long road back after radiation treatment.
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is our craft, alongside physician-ordered infusion therapy. Honest, physician-directed care is our standard.
How We Practice
A Physician-Directed Approach to HBOT
Care at Generations Wellness is directed by Dr. Rajwinder Singh Bahia, MD, a California-licensed physician. Under Dr. Bahia's guidance, every patient's health condition is carefully reviewed to determine whether HBOT is appropriate before a course begins.
"Physician-directed" isn't a slogan here — it's the structure of everything we do:
- Assessment before every course. Under Dr. Bahia's direction, your history and condition are reviewed before you ever enter the chamber. If HBOT isn't appropriate for you, we'll say so plainly.
- Medical oversight throughout. Your session plan — typically 20–40 sessions — is set, monitored, and adjusted by a physician as your tissue responds.
- Coordination with your doctors. With your permission, we keep your existing providers informed so HBOT complements — never replaces — your medical treatment.
Infusion Therapy
Generations Wellness is both a hyperbaric and an infusion center. The same rule applies to infusions as to HBOT: they are provided only when a physician has reviewed your health condition and determined that an infusion is appropriate for you, and they are given in-clinic under medical supervision. Infusion therapy complements — and never replaces — the treatment prescribed by your own doctors.

The Space
Our Center in Downtown Modesto
You'll find us on H Street in the heart of downtown Modesto — Suite C-1 at 1801 H Street. The center was designed to feel like neither a hospital nor a spa: a calm, private, meticulously kept space where the equipment is medical-grade and the welcome is genuinely warm.
Sessions are restful by design. You settle in, the chamber gently pressurizes, and our staff stays in communication with you from start to finish.

Our Standards: Safety, Screening, Honest Guidance
- Screening protocol. Medical history, medications, and ear/lung review before any plan is written.
- Chamber safety rules, enforced. Cotton clothing, no petroleum products or electronics — an oxygen-rich environment deserves respect.
- FDA-consistent claims. We describe HBOT with the qualified language the evidence supports — see who HBOT may help and what it is not.
- Aligned with UHMS safety guidance. Our protocols follow the safety practices of the Undersea & Hyperbaric Medical Society, the field's standards body.

Modesto is home — and the families we serve come from all over the Valley: Turlock, Ceres, Manteca, Ripon, Riverbank, Oakdale, and up the corridor toward Stockton. Many of our patients are referred by their own doctors; many others simply call after searching for answers to a healing problem that wouldn't budge. Both are welcome.
